Dry Needling

Treatment is focused to 1-2 muscle groups. Dry needling can provide a quick release of stubborn muscle “knots” and tightness. Dry needling is a modern, science-based intervention for the treatment of pain in musculoskeletal conditions in areas such as the neck, shoulder, elbows, writs, knees, back and ankles. Some common conditions that respond well to dry needling are: neck pain, shoulder pain and tightness, tennis/ golfer’s elbow, carpal tunnel syndrome, headaches, knee pain, shin splints, hamstring tightness, sciatica, or low back pain. These are only a few conditions that can benefit from dry needling. There are so many more!

Please note* In California, only a licensed acupuncturist (LAc) can practice dry needling.
